ExportYourStore Features

ExportYourStore allows you to streamline managing your products and selling on multiple marketplaces from a single platform. (View ExportYourStore’s complete list of features here.)

Below are some of the platform’s main features and functionalities.

Listing automation and management

While the ExportYourStore provides the essential functionalities necessary to speed up managing your product listings.

The solution delivers a lean system designed to make your multi-marketplace syncing and selling simple.

ExportYourStore lets you automate your product listings. This way, you won’t need to create separate listings for every marketplace or channel you want to sell on, saving you tons of time and energy.

In this ExportYourStore guide, we’ll cover the two main ways to create product listings.

The first method we’ll cover in this ExportYourStore review is the easiest and fastest way to export products from your source platform.

You, the seller, don’t need to click or do anything since the products from your source platform will automatically appear on ExportYourStore ready for export.

In this method, you can select Automatic export or Manual Export.

Here’s how to set up the imports from your source channel to ExportYourStore and export them to your target marketplace.

Click the Import From option at the top of the interface, then Add new source. (If the channel is already connected, select it from the dropdown).

Add the new source channel by selecting your desired marketplace, such as eBay, and link your account.

After linking the source channel, connect your target marketplace, such as Poshmark.

Click Export to at the top of the interface and add a new target channel. Select your preferred marketplace and link your account.

Once linked, you should see the product listings on the Listings page. You can export them individually by selecting Export for each item (or export in bulk).

The second method allows you to create a listing from scratch for a specific marketplace or channel within the solution.

After signing up for an account and logging in, click Listings on the left side of the ExportYourStore interface.

Image source: app.exportyourstore.com. The Listings Page, one of ExportYourStores features.

Select the + Create New Listing button, and you’ll see the Listings Manager page.

From here, you can create a listing for your chosen marketplace or channel and add all the information. This includes the title and category, product details, variations, item descriptions, and other necessary info.

Once done, click Publish, and you should see the listing on the Listings page. Sync the listings with the marketplace you wish to publish them on by selecting Export.

ExportYourStore optimizes the created listings for each of your target marketplaces. It also syncs details such as pricing and stock levels automatically to keep them updated.

Manage your listings from your original or source platform, and ExportYourStore’s system can automate the updating of the details on your other channels.

For example, changing an item’s price on your eBay store will reflect on your Amazon product listing.

The system can even create an Amazon listing automatically, saving you a huge amount of time and resources.

Custom syncing

One thing to take away from this ExportYourStore review is that the solution doesn’t just let you export your product listings—it also allows you to customize them.

This is one of the ExportYourStore features that further simplify managing your product listings and selling on multiple marketplaces.

ExportYourStore lets you customize syncing by defining advanced rules. This allows you to control the items you want to sync, including their appearance, descriptions, and other attributes.

To set export rules, click Rules on the Listings page.

Image Source: app.exportyourstore.com. ExportYourStore’s Listings page showing where you’ll find the Rules option.

ExportYourStore lets you set appearance rules for the title, description, and tags. You can also configure pricing, quantity, categories, brand, media, and syncing products rules.

The rule system allows you to efficiently manage and stay on top of everything you need for specific listings or marketplaces.

It helps you avoid overselling since you can automate your inventory control and syncing. This makes for a more seamless multichannel selling process.

You’re not likely to sell the last remaining product in one marketplace and get an order for the same item in other channels.

As such, you won’t need to cancel oversold orders and keep from frustrating your buyers or giving them poor customer experiences.

Comprehensive dashboard

Another essential feature we’ll cover in this ExportYourStore review is the dashboard.

ExportYourStore helps simplify managing your products and listings for multi-channel selling by providing a centralized hub.

The dashboard gives you an overall view of your product listing, including sales data and metrics for each channel. This makes managing categories, exporting listings, and tracking revenue more efficient.

The dashboard also gives you valuable information and insights into your number of total orders for the last 30 days and syncing products, including a revenue report (among others).

ExportYourStore Integrations

ExportYourStore lets you integrate with leading marketplaces, but in this ExportYourStore review, we’ll focus on eBay, Amazon, eBid, and Shopify.

Some of these EsportYourStore integrations include the following.

eBay

ExportYourStore’s eBay integration can give you the flexibility you need to make importing and managing your products across both marketplaces a breeze.

Connect your eBay account and your target channel to ExportYourStore to sync and match your listings on both channels.

With the eBay integration, you can create and import your listings lightning-quick, including exporting bulk listings.

ExploreYourStore also offers variation management features to help you manage your products seamlessly on both eBay and your target channels.

You can connect as many eBay accounts as you can manage to one ExportYourStore account.

The solution’s analytics features can give you full order and revenue statistics. This can help you analyze and understand your business better.

ExportYourStore to eBay (and all) integrations keep you from overselling products since the solution can automatically sync and adjust your inventory accordingly. This helps you avoid overselling items.

The solution’s almost real-time sync technology can help protect your business from delivering frustrating customer experiences and avoid poor seller ratings or potential suspension.

You can monitor your sales easily and automate critical processes across platforms within a few clicks, saving you from manual, laborious work.

Amazon

Getting your product listings approved on Amazon can be a long and painful process.

Generally, you’ll need to create a new seller’s account and ensure your products have SKUs, MPNs, and other requirements.

This makes ExportYourStore’s solution a god-send since it simplifies the entire process.

Through the ExportYourStore Amazon integration, the solution can build your store from the ground up.

This process includes registering your brand, creating and populating listings, obtaining GTIN exemptions, establishing rules, and syncing inventory and listings with your other marketplace stores.

Most solutions connect to existing ASINs, but ExportYourStore can create new product pages and (Amazon) ASINs instead. This is possible because ExportYourStore is part of the Amazon Partner Network.

ExportYourStore’s system exports and syncs your listings within a few seconds (or minutes), and the rest of the process is automated.

All of this happens in the background, which takes minimal effort on your part. Set up your import and export, and the solution does all the heavy lifting for you.

eBid

ExportYourStore lets you integrate eBid to export your products and list them to eBid easily.

The integration allows the ExportYourStore system to automatically set categories, upload images, create listing variations, and manipulate your product description template to best fit eBid.

Connect your source channel and target marketplace (or marketplaces) mentioned earlier in this ExportYourStore review, and you should be good to go.

The solution automatically updates any changes on your source marketplace to eBid.

Shopify

Integrating Shopify with ExportYourStore provides a listing, sync, and inventory management tool.

It lets you export your listings from any channel to Shopify or import from your Shopify store to any marketplace quickly and easily.

You can choose products from your central catalog and make listings to publish on Shopify with one click (or use ExportYourStore’s automatic sync option).

The auto-sync option lets you synchronize inventory and product quantities within the Shopify admin (or another channel).

Automating your product listing importing and exporting is available for Shopify eBay, Shopify Amazon, Shopify Poshmark, and other Shopify integrations.
